Cleaning fluid is applied to the rotating record surface and manually brushed into the grooves of the record to agitate dirt and contaminants. The vacuum arm traverses across the record producing a powerful vortex vacuum which effortlessly extracts the contaminated waste fluid out of the record grooves which is deposited into the external waste jar.
The PRC4i is equipped with a double-ended pump system which provides an impressive suction capacity of 28 litres per minute. With a pump mounted at either end of the vacuum motor it delivers a high vacuum performance whilst emitting a lovely balanced sound. The new double pump design ensures that even heavily contaminated or warped records will be thoroughly cleaned.
The main spindle and bearing are precision made and housed in a robust phosphor bronze case to make good use of the high torque motor. Bearing spindle and motor are designed for long life and importantly provide a considerable drive force to the platter to aid the cleaning process. The cleaning vacuum arm has precision horizontal and vertical yoke bearings for precise arm movement and is driven across the vinyl record by a custom made gearing system. The vacuum arm yoke bearings are the highest grade and designed to prevent ingress contamination from cleaning fluids. The platter can rotate in forward (clockwise) and reverse (anti-clockwise) directions for thorough cleaning of the record grooves, a unique feature as dirt can be driven into the record grooves by a playing stylus. Cleaning in both directions of the groove provides optimum cleaning performance.

How is my order processed ?
Once we have received your order and your payment, we issue you an invoice that will be mailed to you with a reference number for your order. Once your order is ready : it will be dispatched to you with insurance and tracking number.
Which payment methos are available in the Online Shop ?
You can choose between Paypal, bank transfer or Credit Card. Please take in consideration that payment via bank transfer will slightly delay the processing of your order as we have to receive your funds on our bank account to confirm your order.
Why are there different estimated delays prior to sending for some of the products
One of the politics of Ana Mighty Sound is that every order is unique and made for a single customer. You will find next to each item an estimated delay prior to delivery. We will do our best to fulfill it before this delay (and most of the time we do).
Please keep in mind that we are a 100% human company working all over the Old World (Europe) and that we do commit to deliver you the best made / best quality product available, and to insure that : this can take some time.

Can I specify a courrier for my order ?
Yes you can ! Just drop us a line in the « additional remarks » of your mail order. This may add additional fees to your order. We can work with DHL, TNT, FedEX, UPS, French La Poste or Chronopost.
What if I have received the wrong item ?
In the very unlikely case this would happen just send us a photo of what you received and we will send you a courrier to fetch the item back. Once we have checked it out, we will send you the correct item.
My items are not up to specifications, what should I do ?
This is highly improbable as we use the most modern techniques to insure that our products are up to specs. In fact we even have a dedicated person checking that every single item is in perfect condition prior to shipping. Of course it can happen, but we doubt it seriously. In any case if you were bothered by something : just send us an email and we will sort it out with you.
